Knights Hill Association

Knights Hill is a four season community of over two hundred fifty homes on the northwest shore of Moose Pond in  Bridgton, Maine.  Bridgton is located in the scenic Lakes Region of Western Maine near the White Mountains of Maine and New Hampshire.

All homes are year-round properties on half-acre wooded lots. Knights Hill has a community water system with hook ups to all lots.  Association amenities include a sandy beach on Moose Pond with members' clubhouse, marina with boat slips and canoe/kayak racks as well as a pool/tennis club on the west side of KHA.  We are only five minutes from the Shawnee Peak Ski area.

The Knights Hill community is made up of seasonal and year-round homeowners, retirees and young families all of whom have been drawn to the beauty of Knights Hill, our Association's amenities and the  four season recreation  to be found in Western Maine. Knights Hill residents  enjoy skiing, snowmobiling,  cross-country skiing, swimming, boating, hiking, hunting and fishing minutes from their door. Knights Hill is  40 miles from Portland, 140 miles from Boston and 18 miles from North Conway, NH.
